Terms and Conditions

  1. The items shown are our basic range - we are more than happy to give you a free quote on any changes or work to your custom designs.
  2. Many of our items are handmade from natural materials and as such are subject to variation. If you have specific requirements please let us know and we will try to help.
  3. Where we use fur we aim to use pelts that are recycled or come as a by-product or cull. We choose ethical suppliers and will not use anything from protected species.
  4. As we make most items to order delivery times will vary, we will give you an estimate at the time of your order but if you have specific deadlines please let us know. Miracles involving all-night working can be done but they may cost a bit more.
  5. All orders must be accompanied by a 50% deposit, non refundable in the event of cancellation. We will let you know when the order is completed and it will only be dispatched on receipt of the balance. Title to the goods remains with us until payment in full is received and cleared.
  6. Our goods are designed to be suitable for use in live roleplay situations, however we cannot be held liable for any injury or damage to people or property resulting from their use. Please take care and use sensibly.
  7. Costs shown do not include postage/shipping and are subject to alteration at any time without notice. Postage/shipping will be charged at cost and method of carriage agreed with you at the time of your order.
